  • template for quotes

Is there a way i espo to define template text for quotes? I always insert a project description to a quote because we do not offer different products but complete software projects. So the only "product" is the project itself. But I add a quite long project description. Therefore I would like to define text-blocks that I can insert by using an abbreviation.

    Regards, Bernhard

You can create a field with the Wysiwyg type and put a description in different fonts, adding tables, pictures, etc. And then use this field in the PDF Template.
Also, you can use your text style and color for any placeholder. But in this case, you will have to enter the description of the project in different fields.

Thank you. But I meant more or less kind of default texts that I can insert into textfields and modify.

      E. g.
Longtext: We intend to set up a project on XY. We have discussed the following topics before formulating the quote:
      - topic1
      - topic 2
      ...

Now when I create new quote I just insert "newProject" into the textfield and press "tab" to extend the shortcut to the full text....
