OK, so finally there is more than just myself using CRM, so I'm playing with Role, Group, etc. I have a multiple AssignedUsers field (https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...ssigned-users/)
Not sure if it not working, I'm creating Role and team incorrect or what else but it does not to automatic assign the user that create the record.
1) Does it work? I know it work for myself but I got Admin account, where I create a very strict role for low level user.
2) Anyone doing something similar?
3) Must I do this by formula, I'm writing this by memory so ignore error: (entity/isnew(assignedUsers=={userid})
4) Must I do this by Advanced Workflow?
