  • Email fetching too slow

    Hi every body,
    Do you have the issue with email fetching.
    Our CRM have big issue with email fetching, it take time and too slow.
    Since the email in ESPO CRM is one of the best thing I like but it also make the issue about synchronize and fetching email
    Because the email size increment day by day.
    What is the best solution?
    Please help me

      Hi Yuri,
      It took around 1-2 hours.
      Sometime the mail is missing.
      Please advise how I can check .

          I mean: the email already received by gmail, but after 1-2 hour it just come to espo email

            Check 'Scheduling' parameter for jobs: Check Group Email Accounts, Check Personal Email Accounts. At Administration > Scheduled Jobs.

              The total storage of email is effected time of fetching or not.

                It should not affect unless it's about to take the full capacity of the storage what causes the server acting up.

                How many users do you have?

                  Check your CRON check logs?

                  How about sending email? Does it get 1-2 delay too?
