To find the Opportunity Stage Count

I have created a module Opportunity Analysis to analysis the Sales person performance. Now i want to find the count of each stage in a field (Count of Prospecting, Count of Closed Won) Based on this i want to create a percentage report. How can i achieve this?

If I understood you correctly, Grid Report, where Group by Assigned User and Stage should be enough for you. And for Columns, the Name field (the name of a specific opportunity) and the COUNT field (the amount of opportunities at a certain stage) are sufficient.
