How to retrieve by default Lead Status

New,Assigned,In Process, Converted, Recycle, Dead. Instead of changing labels i had removed some of these fields. How can i retrieve it? Now whenever i'm converting the Lead, it's coming old lead status label which is not there in field manager now.

This can happen for old records that already have certain/old statuses selected. For records that have not selected certain/old statuses, third party options should not be displayed.
