Hi,
We got strange issue when espo chooses parent entity for emails.
Our manager created list of leads with new possible clients mail addresses.
When he sends or gets emails, espo show them in leads stream and history.
But sometime espo incorrectly chooses parent lead for emails (both incoming or outgoing). I can't understand logic how it works, cause clients addresses already exists in leads. The only thing which is same for all this incorrect choices, that word "introducer" used in email subject.
I didn't find anything in logs (debug is enabled).
How this problem can be troubleshooted?
