    Well,
    i poke around a bit in ESPO, setting up a little data, which would show my colleagues the advantages of espocrm, but i admit i am a bit confused. There is an entity, Notes, which seems to accomplish exactly what i need, but it seems, i can't get it hooked up to other entities, ie. a new entity or contacts or accounts.

    What i am looking for is to save information, which is neither a call nor a meeting, but an Teams Chat or other type of information.

    How can i manage that? Of course i can use a phonecall for this, but this would clutter calendar and confuse people.
    What about having a Note entry in Menu, opening it, being able to attach this to a record / entity.

    I am wondering, whether there would be an easy way to get this done?

    Thank you for any idea how to do this. I think, this is not so uncommon, right? Saw that in other CRM's as well...

    You can relate Note to any entity by enabling the Stream option in the settings of the desired entity.
