Problem with the application

I currently have a problem.
After I have created 10 additional users (regular), they can see other users on their own PC with username and encrypted password and log in with the foreign account.

It has nothing to do with Espo. Someone logged it on the same PC and stored their password in the browser. FALSE ALARM, as usual. It's better for me not to open the forum.

For me it looks like the login names and passwords are stored in the Microsoft Wallet of the Browser.

Maybe all users have the same Wallet login or using the same PC and saved the passwords?

It a browser feature and has nothing to do with EspoCRM. Check in the Edge Browser if they all use the same profile.. Click "..." in the top right corner and then choose "Settings" (Einstellungen)

Auto-filling of logins and passwords on the EspoCRM login page depends solely on the browser and its settings (whose profile is configured in the browser, etc.). Any accesses configured in EspoCRM roles are not responsible for this at all.

No, storing and sharing login details is a feature of the browser and not of the application.

The passwords are saved in the MS wallet account. If you start the browser on you PC or your mobile phone, then you have access to the login details in each browser, if you are logged in wallet account and sync is enabled.

Ask your users if they are logged into the same account in the profile settings. You can try to share screens with skype, ms teams, teamviewer, anydesk or similar programs.
