Regular users can see all e-mail from every user and team in ALL folder

I think i find it. I haven't choose a role in teams.

To check, log in as admin. open some email, from the dropdown next to the Edit button, click "View Users". It will show all users that are related to the email. These users will be able to see that email.

Also check what Teams are related to emails. Users of those teams are able to see that email.

I have a regular user assigned to a role that have access to:
e-mails
create = yes
read, edit, delete = team
See also the attachment.

When that regular user enters in email ALL folder he can see the e-mails from all users and teams.
How can i make this user see only his own and his teams e-mails when i enter in ALL folder ?
