Is there a way to find out email open rates or click rates for non-campaign emails?

I am trying to figure out a way to track stats for emails that are sent through workflows. Is there a way we can do that in Espo?

There is no such functionality yet.

So far, the only way to track the history of work with an email on the recipient’s side is using a Campaign feature: https://docs.espocrm.com/user-guide/.../#campaign-log.
