Hi ctheuring,

If you want all users to have an access to the specific report (its Detail View with results), but at the same time want to limit their access to other reports, then you should add all teams to this report (in case if in the users Role these users have permission to read team's reports).

On the other hand, if you don’t need users to see the Detail View of the report, but just use it as a filter (https://docs.espocrm.com/user-guide/...report-filters), then you don’t have to add teams neither in the Report itself nor in the Report Filter.
