  • Email SMTP connection in outbound emails

    Hello,
    is it possible to change the settings for the SMTP Server Auth Mechanism analogous to the settings for the mailboxes.
    I have not found anything in the configuration files. Unfortunately, our customer has an SMTP server that we have to address with plain.
    The connection in the mailbox works, but unfortunately not in Outbound.

    Settings in Administration > Outbound Emails look correct.
    As for SMTP for Group or Personal Email Account, try specifying LOGIN in the Auth Mechanism field and your email address in the Username field.​​

      Thank you for your help.
      Unfortunately, this option is not available in the interface for outbound mails.
      See 2nd screenshot above.

    In Outbound Emails, try the following settings:

    The settings for the SMTP of Email Account are shown in the previous message. Test emails are sent successfully both from the SMTP of Email Account and from Outbound Emails.
