  • Call notification popup issue

    Telecaller users receive a lot of calls daily and forget to close all incoming call notifications popup. After some time, the CRM goes down and displays a 403 error when logging in. When I clear the voip events from the database using the query UPDATE voip_event SET processed = 1;, I'm able to use the CRM again.​

      Hi Ashif Malayil,

      Please provide screenshot of VoIP configurations so we can investigate this issue in more detail (Administration -> Integrations -> Asterisk/Starface/Twilio).

        Yes this feature is there for custom entity. But i need this to done in entity which i have created.
