    Hey Guys,

    New to this CRM and looking to get some support on the external mail client feature.

    We have checked off "Use an external email client" and we are using Outlook as our default application.

    What I'm experiencing is that not all emails will open in Outlook, some will do nothing at all after hitting "reply" or "reply all". The ones that do open are smaller in size (less body content). However, it doesn't open the email with the full HTML body, just plain text.

    I'm likely missing something obvious. Has anyone come across this?

    I think this is a long standing bug, never solved

    also, mailto links can’t have an HTML body, so it’s normal for it to be plain/text

    I am set up to use Outlook as an external mail handler. Clicking an email address that contains a mailto: link from any list works just fine. The Outlook email window pops up and I can send an emai...

      Ah well that's a bit disappointing, so they really want you to email out of the CRM.
