More Options in Field Level Security's Dropdown

I think a very helpful and useful feature would be adding [All, Team, Own, No] options in the 'Read' and 'Edit' columns of a field in Field Level Security instead of just [Yes, No]. It gives more granular level security.

Currently, if I want all the users to see all the Contacts, but there are 2 fields for every Contact that only the Assigned User can see, it cannot be achieved.

Right. However, having that said is there an alternative solution for:
