Few mails in group account.

There are a need to have a possibility to choose one of few emails addresses when we are sending email from a group account.

use case: we have one group e-mail account suppport@company.com for support, but under it there are few aliases like support@projectA.com and support@projectB.com Then customer are writing to one of support mailboxes it would be nice to replay from the same e-mail address, as example support@projectB.com even if the main account is support@company.com. Now we are able to reply only from the main account address.

Ideal solution: To have a possibility to add few email addresses to "personal" and "group" email addresses, Like in "user" entity we have. In this case when we'll compose an email it would let us choose "from:" which email address customers will receive replay.

We have too much work, unlikely to be implemented any soon.

Hi,

I had a similiar problem,

So I made a new field in the account page of the client named "From" and then developed a button that opens the email window using the "from" of the account.
Works good so far.
