blackboard dashlet

Hello,

I propose a dashlet in which only the messages / chats of one or more teams are displayed. You could use it as a "noticeboard" or has chat room of a team.
Messages must be able to be pasted on top.

I'm not looking for anything like that. This solution is dataset-related. I am looking for a central chatboard - a black board.
