Group email account where mails can be handled by all users...

    Group email account where mails can be handled by all users...

    At this time all users can handle the emails coming into the support group email account, however, all mails are put in all email boxes of all these users. Would be nice if someone has moved an email, deleted an email or handled an email that the email does not show up anymore in the other email boxes...(would save a lot of time scanning emails already handled/moved/deleted)

    Maybe there is a work around? Maybe I am overseeing something?

    We have solved this problem with E-mail to case. All group members can now work on the topics as a team and keep track of all mails for this group only by using status types.

      Peter, thank you... But I have a question; We tried this too in the past, but then what happens is as follows:
      - If you do not give the users access to the emails, then they can not open the emails from within the cases aswell
      - If you do give the users access to the emails (as we do now), then they also popup in their email boxes

      Am I overlooking something?
