Better Email Templates and Sales Process

Hi EspoCRM Team,

I believe a few people have suggested the following features. However, I would like to give my "vote" and specify the need:

1. Better Email Templates:
   • When using an email template to reply an email, the subject is deleted.
   • We tried to create the email template with meta tags at the subject but no good results.
   • Maybe there should be an option to "leave original subject", or just respect the subject when the email template's subject is blank.
2. Better Sales Process (Funnel):
   • It would be awesome to know in WHAT STAGE did the opportunities where lost.
   • Our sales process is simple: Contact-Demo-Followup-Close
   • We have created a report to look at the sales funnel (how many we have contact vs. how many we have closed).
   • However, we just get the actual stage of each opportunity. Example:
