hello,
it would be good to have a dashlet (a text field) for portals to greet or inform portal visitors, to distribute information that they see immediately at the portal open. Creating a new entity for a record is not optimal.

It would be good if you could change the names of entitys in the menus of the portals.

You can create a post for portal users only. It will appear in their stream + notification.

it will be a portal for customers/companies.
They cannot be trained before using the portal. That's why they can't find the information. Besides, there are always new ones. you can't send mail to everyone.
We need a solution that users can see immediately after logging in.

I had the idea to create a NEWs entity (with a record), but that doesn't work either, because the portal users are not assigned to any team.

Due to the European data protection regulation, we must also provide a data protection declaration in portals that companies visit strangers. Also for this I would have used a dashlet with a free text to edit.
