Resource planning

Hello,
Resource planning is an interesting topic for many companies. Theoretically, this can be implemented in the calendar.
However, this would require collision detection of the date/resources.
We tried it without this collision detection. With multiple resource types and many appointments, it becomes complicated for users.
Anybody have an idea?
