The very good flexibility is a strength of espocrm. That's why you can use this software not only for sales. A function would enhance the software and open further applications. A field in which a signature can be recorded.
Is something planned?

Espocrm also works on tablets and mobile devices. There you could call up an order and a person signs the order. This signature must be stored in the system.

This would be a possibility that sales representatives get a signature from a customer and deposit it in the espocrm.
