In Germany, sending emails is restricted by law.
Each recipient must be asked whether they wish to receive emails. Therefore it would be good if there is a login link (confirmation) as a variable for the templates. Make a link to unsubscribe there already. ({optOutLink})

the situation is the same for mass mailings or individual messages. For the buyer, it is always a single mail.
