User activity & adoption analytics

Currently EspoCRM provides Auth Logs showing login timestamps, but there is no easy way to analyse user adoption and engagement over time.
It would be useful to have built-in user activity statistics such as:

• Average session duration
• Total active time per user
• Number of sessions
• Last login date
• User activity trends by month
• Inactive users (e.g. no login for X days)

This would help administrators monitor adoption, identify training needs and better understand how the CRM is being used.
