Hi,
Currently, private events from Google Calendar are not synchronized to EspoCRM.
While this behavior protects user privacy, it creates scheduling issues when using the Meeting Scheduler extension.
When a user creates a Private event in Google Calendar, the event is not synchronized to EspoCRM. As a result, Meeting Scheduler treats that time slot as available and allows customers to book meetings during that period.
This leads to double bookings because the user is actually unavailable even though EspoCRM does not know about the private event.
It would be great if you provide an option in Google Calendar Integration to synchronize private events as availability blocks. The synchronized record could appear as "Private Event", "Busy" or another configurable label.
Thanks!
