it would be much more usable to split out the 'cacheTimestamp', 'microtimeState', and 'currencyRates' from the version numbers as we don't want time stamps in a repo but we do want version numbers, and i am not sure why you put currencyRates in there, they seem well out of place as normally they would just live in the db

Please consider this change, as i was so hopeful that the state.php was going to help with deploying espo within an entriprise but in fact it has only made it harder
