Hide Timeout and other Errors from Portal Users

It would be great if we had the ability to hide errors from Portal users. We have a lot of portal users that keep their browsers open and see an Network error or an Error ### while their computer sits in idle. We then get numerous emails regarding these errors.

Would be a great toggle to disable the error notifications to keep our inboxes cleaner.
