Please add a notes field to Lead Capture

Would like to add notes like "API sent, vendor tested 1/21, requested 'phone' to be added to payload" etc.
I have 7 LC for a client all in various states of testing or finalized so it would be nice to be able to note which is where doing what

Do you mean a regular Description field like the most of entity types has?

Yes just for developer notes on what's happening for that particular Lead Capture
