I would like it to be considered a spin on allowing calendar view for portal users in the way of ---> memberships.
I have just been reviewing some membership apps and think this can be a new avenue of users. Not like CivicCrm which is sooo bloated, IMHO, but for smaller groups e.g. small Chamber of Commerce, essentially contacts, docs, news, a calendar with link to webpages to sign up for something and many other formal and non-formal.
Lots of 'mastermind" groups these days, etc.
So maybe no full permissions but an ability to add the calendar month view as a Dashlet? Maybe checkbox for meeting for -- visible/not visible in portal or maybe handled via portal role.
Just thinking how that might open up more uses for Espo w/o morphing it
Product mgmt can be tricky
My client has 30ish mentors and would use it for noting school holidays and 1/2 days for the various sites, still only needing read-only, but I think it can really be an asset in other ways.
