    Hi,

    Hope you are doing well. I have created multiple Portals for my CRM. From the main CRM, all users can view emails, create new emails, and reply to incoming emails. However, the portal users are not able to do anything except view emails.

    Email Correspondence is a necessary feature for CRM users. Can we enable it for Portal users as well?

    Appreciate your help in advance.

    You can correspond with Portal Users in Stream (eg Cases). They can send emails to you in EspoCRM through their usual services. You can even give access to view emails. However, the rest of the functionality is not available to Portal Users intentionally due to security policy.

    So just use Regular User instead of Portal User.​
