Facility to Search Date-Time Fields with Hours and Minutes

For instances that are used in Call Centres, with large number of calls, the feature to Search Filter Call Start and End Time with Hour and Minutes will be very useful. Currently we can filter for a day and is the number of calls (activity) is over 10,000 search to a call made at specific time will be time consuming.
