Compose email layout customization

The ability to customize the email detail and detail small view.

For example, the "attachments" (file and document) fields are at the bottom of the compose window.
For agencies that handle cases with big chained email, when the answer a long email with many replies under it in the "body field, they have to scroll all the way down just to attach a file or document.

If there was a way to move those fields to another spot, would solve that problem.

I once request for Attachments to be move to top or optionally added option to be on top. Unfortunately still waiting.

If I remember correctly Yuri is against that idea.

One of the work around I did was to use Draft, which layout was editable. Unfortunately it not ideal to use draft.

Thankfully with the "Collapsed Quote" system email attachment is much easier to read now. However I dislike the collapse quote at the moment as it make reviewing email more difficult even though it is just 1 click (per email).

As they say, you can't satisfy everyone, so I will keep waiting

There are ways to access attachments w/o scrolling.

Thank you. That button is good for attaching new file but no Documents option.

The side bar view attachment is good when you view/read but not possible during Compose/Reply, which require scrolling

Hi,

I completely agree with this request! It would be great if we could further customize the email detail view layout in general. Being able to move fields around or adjust the layout to better suit our workflows would improve efficiency for many users.

I hope this feature gets considered for future updates!
