      If you want smoother WhatsApp messaging inside Espo, plugging in something like the whatsapp api from Ultramsg can take a lot of friction out of the setup. I’ve used it for quick HTTP-based sending and receiving without jumping through hoops, and the QR login makes onboarding painless. It plays nicely with CRM workflows, so campaign messages land right where they should.
