Workflow / BPMN Schedule Formula field as alternative option to report

Currently the scheduled workflow and bpmn schedule timer start event depends on a report to be passed which works fine, however this could become an issue if a system has more than one admin which could delete a report or simply the permissions set on the system allow to remove reports. It would be nice to have a formula field that allow to get the data from the system using existing formula function findMany(). This would be safer as reports could be accidently deleted.

Create reports in a folder named "For Workflows". In the description of reports write "Used in workflow {...}. Do not delete.". An implementation effort is not worth the problem.

That is what we do and even though some of the reports get deleted, we have lots of reports based on organization's need. That is why i thought a formula field could solve this issue.

We will add a check on report delete. That will not allow deletion. We will need to add more such checks for other features too.
