Title for fields in Layout Manager

When you have a field with a very long name it will be cut out in the Layout Manager, you would only be able to see the name by using the browser inspect element feature.

Can you please consider adding the name to the field title tag? So that when hovering the mouse on the field we can see the full name.

what also would be nice, to have the same feature as in the list layout, where in fields with the same label the field name is displayed in parentheses. Currently I name the labels of same fields as Label 1, Label 2 etc. to distinguish and when layout is ready, I take the numbers away. But then I will have 2, 3 or four equally labeled fields.
