Sync Target Lists to Mailchimp

Hey there! We have been using Espo for about 6 months and the Mailchimp Integration for a few weeks. I am having trouble getting the Target List to sync to Mailchimp and create the Audience to send the campaign to. The campaign wants to send to all 28K of our contacts in Mailchimp, rather than the 145 or so in my Target List in Espo. I have Synced and waited, synced and waited. I've read all the help I could find. Does any one have any expert tips on making use of the Mailchimp integration?

Update: I synced my Target List and Campaign with Mailchimp on Thursday @ 4:30pm EST. It is now Friday 9am and the Sync button is still greyed. Any advice? I can share with our head engineer who is handling the development of our Espo, but need to know what to ask him for.

you can ask him to check the log of espocrm to see what is going on. also check the cron jobs because sync will be done through a job.
