Not retrieving Google emails

Hi,

I'm using the Google extension. I've linked the Google account, and in a user's profile have set Google in External Accounts and Connect Google on the Personal Email Accounts page. I have the green Connected label.

Emails send fine, but nothing is fetched or returned in the user's inbox.

I have this error in the log file.

[2022-07-16 00:16:47] ERROR: JobManager: Failed job running, job '62d202c9a611297bc'. Job CheckEmailAccounts 62c7494baa4d35259: [0] cannot read - connection closed?; at /home/grokwhy/www/tm4gov/application/Espo/Classes/Jobs/CheckEmailAccounts.php:61. [] []

What have I missed?

Hi GrokWhy,

Perhaps the issue is with your Personal Email Account IMAP configuration. `Test Connection` was successful?
Also please tell me, if cron is configured in your instance?
Note: You need to have cron properly configured in your system to have inbound emails working.
