Forgotten Credentials

I had paid for and downloaded the Advanced Pack. I need to install the updates, but have forgotten my credentials. How do I retrieve (forgot password is not a chance, because none of my emails+username are being recognized).

Paid Extensions The support is not included in the costs of extensions, but you can ask questions in the Customer Portal. Just create a case. If the issue is simple and can be solved in a short period of time it's free of charge.
