In the video you can't see if these two field types can also be controlled via Dynamic Logic.

Yes you can control it by the dynamic logic, I have just released a new version that disabled the required dynamic logic as it is not used in this field

This is kinda cool but I can't think of any use of it. Perhaps it is good to be use for Portal user to give them instruction.

Many clients where using very long panels headers texts to explaig the fields group, sometime you need to put agreement link before the check box and many cases where you want to guide the user for the roles of the form

It is useful for much more than plain text explanations. Until now it has been only possible with a workaround to put a link with an alias into the detail view. With the Rich Text Label field this is very easy:
Put the term you want to be the alias of an URL, configure it like any link in the text editor and you get a textlink.
Today I used the code view of the editor to create two buttons (bootstrap code) with links. Looks good and works.
