Is there any way to set Dialout format such that the click to dail will dial the phone number out with extension appended?

Yes, it's possible by a code. You have to extend the Asterisk Manager (or other) which is handles the Dial action.

I have an ESPO instance in AWS and I want to integrate with an Asterisk Server in my office. Is there any restriction in Integration over WAN?
