Hey Guys,

As of Twilio integration i have followed up the example in documentation but when i click to call from CRM shows just calling and nothing else, can't see the call popup in the crm and when i check twilio i found that a call was going out. Can you please share any info that would help me set up this service correctly. Some screen shoot and steps would help a lot, when using Twilio is it necessary to use the SIP ? How the UI works when making calls, i can't see the call popup windows anywhere.

In your case, please check if your "Site URL" in the Administration > Settings is the correct URL. If it's correct, please check:
1. EspoCRM logs, https://www.espocrm.com/documentatio...ent-check-logs.
2. Twilio error logs, https://www.twilio.com/docs/sms/debugging-tools.
