VoIP extensions doesn't show a popup on incoming calls

    Hello,

we've integrated the VoIP extensions with a Starface server.
Outgoing calls work, but on incoming calls no popup window appears.
    The cronjob is implemented.

The espolog has no error, only an info:
    Code:
    [2018-08-01 12:18:01] Espo.INFO: Starface: KeepAlive user online [201]. [] []
    Where could be the problem?

    Best,

    Daniel

Try to check web-server error log. What PHP, MySQL, EspoCRM, VoIP Integration extension versions?

      Hi, sorry for the delay.
There are no errors in the Apache error log. The starface integration works, calling is possible, but no popup windows appears while incoming calls.
      The used versions are:

      Espo: 5.1.2
      VoIP: 1.8.3
      Advanced Pack: 1.32.6

Try to add an additional user phone number like described here: https://www.espocrm.com/features/ast...-phone-numbers.

We've tried this but it doesn't work. We've tried several number formats but none of it works. The error log is still clean.
The starface app on Win10 works as expected:

Please let me know what server/service do you use (Asterisk, Starface, Twilio)?
For Asterisk you can check this steps, https://github.com/maxespo/documenta...-not-displayed

It seems like you have missed up configuration for a user. Each user should define his internal number from Asterisk server. More details, https://www.espocrm.com/features/ast...up/#user-setup.
We recommend to use customer portal for such support.
Also, try to upgrade your EspoCRM and VoIP Integration to the latest versions.
