we have linked our info@ mail for automatic import and case creation for user support. Now i also have an alias adress for info@ called privacy@ ... each time a user writes to privacy@ espo should check this and change the case type so something different than problem and maybe assign another user to this case.
is this possible or do i need to create an extra group email for privacy?
I was thinking about doing this with a workflow on email create or case create, but as i see email and case are not linked to one another.
