Twilio integration issues

I have added auth token of twilio and configured everything.

When I use click to call, it displays calling message in the top but doesn't open a pop up or anything. I haven't install softphone in my system either. I am using espocrm cloud.

Can someone help me out, please?

Twilio Integration works with call forwarding only. An incoming call from a Twilio number is forwarded to the user’s primary phone number. For outgoing calls EspoCRM creates a connection between the user’s primary phone number and the number called through Twilio service. The user’s primary phone number should be different than twilio phone number.

So, we cannot do outgoing calls from twillio integration.

You can do outgoing calls from twilio integration. In this case, user's phone will be connected with called phone number through Twilio service.
