ok, it seems to work now. I was sending me a test email via cronjob every hour and I received them automaticly in Espo. I think it was depending on the command line in the crontab file. For my webhoster 1and1 you have to modify the command a little bit. It is now "* * * * * /usr/bin/php5.5 -f rootdirectoryofthesite/cron.php ..." thanks everybody for helping.
