I have created a template (normally Invoce,Quote). But it is based on the entity account.
How to call the template to create a PDF file?

Hello

Open the detail view of the quote. Choose a record action Print to PDF. Then you can select the needed template

But we do not want to use the PDF templates for quotes.
Our idea is to use the templates to generate customer-specific PDF-documents.
Your solution works.
But if we have to make an quote every time, this is very complex.
