Advanced Pack - Field Restrictions and Reports

In our project we have some user groups that are not allowed to see certain fields of a custom entity due to privacy reasons.

However they need to create reports on that entity. At the moment team restrictions work fine so that they can only see the data of their team.

But they can both access all fields in report list view and in report creation.

Is there a solution to this? Do I need to take away report creation rights and only give them access to reports containing the fields they are allowed to see?
