warning for out outlook plugin upgrade

if you are upgrading the latest Outlook plugin, be sure to run composer update; otherwise, you'll get connection failures to your mail host

Would be great if we could get some update notes when this is required

There was no any update in Outlook that might require composer update at least anything we could foresee. Might be a red herring. The extension does not have any dependency itself.

all i know is i updated the outlook plugin and started getting strange connection issues to the server, i then updated composer and it fixed the problem
