Outlook: E-Mail Two Way Sync

The current Outlook integration only retrieves emails, which doesn’t provide a meaningful efficiency gain in day-to-day work. In fact, I end up handling emails twice.

It would be very helpful if both "Archive" and "Delete" could be used together. We don’t require folder filing; however, basic delete or archive actions should be synchronized.

In your case, you need to decide for yourself where it is more convenient for you to interact with e-mail: in EspoCRM UI or in Outlook, so as not to do double work, which you are doing now.
Regarding the subject of your request, it generally relates to the functioning of e-mail in EspoCRM. And this request has been discussed many times: no such ability.
