workflow - compose email

Hi, is it possible to create a workflow (manual) that opens the compose email window?
I don't want to send the email automatically and just open the email compose window where I will have some things defined
I want to define a template, specific sender, recipient ...

It is possible to send an email using a pre-assigned template: Actions -> Send Email.
